Oral Health Reviews publishes plain-language reviews of supplements sold for teeth, gums and fresh breath. Most of these products are sold online with bold claims, and most pages about them copy the sales page. We try to do the opposite: read the label, check what the research on each ingredient actually shows, explain the price and refund rules, and say clearly what we could not verify.

Commissions never decide what we write: we point out weak evidence, missing information and common complaints for every product, including the ones we link to.

What we are not

We are not dentists or doctors, and nothing here is medical or dental advice. For pain, bleeding gums, a loose tooth or any ongoing problem, see a dentist. Supplements are, at best, a small extra on top of brushing, cleaning between your teeth and regular checkups.
